Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during that 72 hour time frame of receiving your product(s).
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days of the product received date. If it is later than 30 days your refund will not be considered. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
All refunds/exchanges are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of Doc’s Healthy Hemp.
